Absolutely amazing, the best smelling perfume EVER and have the best dupes for almost any perfume. For so cheap too!!! Not to mention the incredible staff! Iβve noted this as my happy place πππ

My goddaughter, Maddy (she has a good paying job, π€ but no car, yet), asked me to take her to Rainbow for back to school shopping. The clothes are ok for the price but what got me was there weren't any changing rooms to try on the clothes! She was told to try on the clothes over her clothes! You can't try on skinny jeans on top of skinny jeans π€ππ€¨ At least they had a return policy with a receipt within 7 days and exchange within 30 days policy. It was big enough to have several changing rooms!

I hate to do this but when I first walked in the store, there were 2 young girls who greeted me and was so pleasant the entire time I was shopping. These two ladies Brandy and Candyβ¦. One was so loud and obnoxious until it was ridiculous. One talked about the younger ladies and should be an example for those young ladies. One girl said she had just made prom queen on last night. And she looked so sad. I did my best to make her smile by congratulating her. Some people are just nasty and rude for no reason. There was another lady with braces who was really nice and was more like a mother to the two younger girls and I could tell they were comfortable with her. Someone please rescue this rainbow from these two miserable women before yβall lose a customer. Nobody wants to shop around that negative energy.

Came in 2/14/23 about 2:30 pm there were no customers and 3 white female employees there, they all appeared to be hanging up something facing the door but none of them greeted me when I came in or acknowledged me when I walked past them & I walked all the way to the back of the store where the shoes are just to be sureβ¦ as a Black patron itβs important to me to feel welcomed and I most certainly felt unwelcome. I left without buying anything. Seems like customer service isnβt the same for all customers but it should be.

I've had a Rainbow Shops addiction, for more than 40 years. And now, I'm turning my Granddaughter, on to the product... The prices are always low enough, to keep my fashion stash high. π
