I had microchanneling and a stem cell facial done at Radiant Skin Studio with Alexa, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Alexa was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting. The procedure itself was much more comfortable than I expected, and I appreciated how gentle and thorough she was. She also walked me through the aftercare, which made a huge difference in how my skin healed. It's been a couple of days and my skin already looks noticeably smoother and brighter. I can't wait to go back for my next session. I highly recommend Alexa —it's totally worth it.

I have a good experience for a facial today. Ms. Alexa is very professional. she did detail analyze my skin before service. My face skin had sun spot and dark skin around my eyes, after the treatment, my skin get better, I totally continue more sessions next time. If you want a wonderful skin-care, spa experience, try this ~ Alexa’s Signature Relaxation Facial. I loved the aromatherapy and the warm/hot face towels. Nothing too crazy, but very relaxing. The unusual part of my experience was the skin analysis at the beginning. She uses an AI app, a glimpse into the future of skincare. Blended in-person care plus technology extends the experience into at-home skin care. Alexa examines client’s skin visually, of course, but the app is a confirmation. When I arrived, my skin was not looking its best, likely due to too much sun. It was surprising she could reverse any of that. Alexa helped me choose the Skin Spatula and Fruit Enzyme Peel add-ons. She gently exfoliated my skin, uncovering newer, younger skin. Then, she added a glycolic, lactic and pyruvic acid peel, which penetrates a bit deeper than the epidermis and targets fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and evens out skin tones. I could feel the products doing their work. Last, she used hyaluronic acid mask to help prevent moisture loss and promote hydration. My favorite part: the sonic planer device, and the scalp and neck massage. Alexa’s warm, calm and yet upbeat demeanor made the experience a mental health day.
