R L Hayes Roofing & Repairs

My roof was replaced on December 13, 2024. Tear off and installation of the new roof was all done in one day. However clearn up after the job leaves a lot to be desired. Today is February 3, 2025 and I'm still finding bits of roofing materials including nails in my yard/flower beds, sidewalk, and driveway. Additionally my gutter guards were damaged in multiple places.

They were quick to schedule and even quicker on the job...the repair looks good and took about an hr or less to complete. Had missing shingles over the dryer vent and parts of the back roof...shingles peeled back on the front of the roof near the peak...and some shingles that just needed to be hammered down a little, atleast i thought, but he replaced them...Only thing I didn't like was the fact that they didn't make contact with me before getting on the roof...whether call/txt or a knock on the door since I was home...just heard thumps from the other side of the house...assumed someone was trying to break in...I made it to the front door and looked outside and noticed their van...So yea, communication is definitely needed before hopping on a person's roof.

I, unfortunately, paid R.L. Hayes Roofing & Repairs before the work was completed. So my roof is incomplete And after 21 attempts to contact and more than a month trying to reach them, I am at wits end.

I want to thank sterling and the RL Hayes Roofing company crew for making this such a great experience replacing my roof. They were proficient and the communication in explaining how the whole process work was awesome. I highly recommend this company for any roofing issues you may be having.I know the owner have to be proud of his crew. I want to thank you guys again for a job well done.👍

Simply the best customer service in the CSRA Area. No waiting weeks to get put on a schedule. They checked the issue on Friday and had a crew there on Monday. The work was very professional and the results excellent. I recommend them for all your roofing needs. Additionally, the cost was super reasonable compared to others in this area.
