Went to open a business account and I will never make the mistake of doing this again. I was treated like they didn’t want my business and when I expressed this concern it was not properly addressed, customer service is a big deal with me and should be for a bank of this size as well. The man that was attempting to assist me was named Marc Johnson. I felt as if he was being racial because I was a black business owner. Honestly if that’s the way I felt I wonder how many other black business owners have felt this way. I will never step into this bank ever again. Management should probably make sure their employees handle every possible new account with care.

I love my bank! I lost my ATM card and the bank printed one within the hour I was set. Mark was so helpful and Pam and Donna are always so helpful. They are a great t bank that knows you by name! And Pam gives treats to my German shepherd so he loves her!
