Briana Brown and branch manager Michelle Piper are the best at their jobs. they both really know how to help their customers and the online banking is awesome. I really simplifies my business life so much with my every day work. Thank you, both and everyone at the branch, including all the tellers because they are always so courteous

I do not have any accounts with Queensborough banks, but I am still going to leave a review. I only go to one of their locations to cash my payroll check. Queensborough Bank has the most professional and courteous employees of any bank that I know of. These tellers are knowledgeable and very courteous. Another thing I like about them is the live tellers after the bank is closed. With this feature you can still get your checks cashed, and they don't even charge you a fee like the other banks do. Great Bank. They go out of their way to satisfy people.

The ladies here are not welcoming or friendly, the only one was the black lady (I cant remember her name but her customer service is top teir). Dont go here! They will not accommodate people of color. At least thats my experience. & what I notice while Im there.

Teller was super nice but the customer service reps at desk are horrible. Completely ignored me the whole time I was there and the branch was empty. All I needed was a new debit card for my church account!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
