Honestly the best Inn/hotel I stayed at in all of Augusta. Valerie the lady that works there is very sweet and thoughtful, the grandma you never thought you had or needed. The Inn is located in the historical district and it's also nearby the culture avenue. The sunroom where breakfast is served feels like a space detached from everything where I spent many a morning having pleasant and heartfelt conversations with our dear host. Did I mention that some of the rooms come with a private tub? I can not recommend this spot enough and I would take it above any of the holiday inns or Hiltons in the area.

Fantastic bed n breakfast located in the historic district of Augusta Ga. Just a block away from Woodrow Wilson’s childhood home. Enjoyed the River walk and memorial and loved the Morris museum of art. The bed n breakfast is a Queene Anne Style home with beautiful simply beautiful wooden stair case. Each bedroom has its own unique charm. Val the owner was pleasant and we had time to ourselves to enjoy the house. Great local food. Plan to return. Outstanding. There is a local college.

Great location, within walking distance to Riverwalk. Very comfortable beds and very clean. The sunroom/kitchen is adorable. The bridge next door can get a little loud, so a noise machine is provided. To top it off you get to meet Val.

What a beautiful old house. Lots of history and great wood work inside. The owner was an absolute awesome lady and took great care of us! I stayed in room 2 and that had to have been one of the best night sleeps in a long time! Such a comfortable bed! Short walking distance to the bars and restaurants.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Even my boyfriend who is wary of B&B's thought it was a great find. The hostess was so kind and helpful and gave us some ideas on restaurants, etc, as we were down for a Pat Benatar concert. The beautiful four poster bed was so comfortable, the only thing I would recommend is to add a fan because it was a bit hot at night.
