Review of “No Quality” Inn My son and I arrived in town on Tuesday for a trip to Augusta National. This place was ideal as it is close to everything. At the hotel, check in was smooth and easy, along with a pleasant aroma of recent cleaning throughout the facility, including our room. Things got interesting when I noticed the dead roaches on the floor in corners of the room and a live one on the pillow. And another on the ceiling in the bathroom. There are remnants of food splatter on the leg of the desk and the chair was sticky. Also, our room had an adjoining access door to another room where the lock was busted on the inside. The bathroom door handle was busted and did not property close, so I cautioned my junior not to completely close in case he or I got locked in there. A bit grossed out, I went to the Walgreens down the road to disinfect and wipe down every surface, as the pine oil smell evidently was masking something. There is mold present along all the baseboards, and the shower curtain rod presents a safety hazard as it is not sturdy as it should be. On Wednesday morning we were greeted by a live member of the brown coat mafia (roach)! I threw out my Swedish fish that I had on the dresser, I was taking no chances. After a long day on the course, my son and I wanted to take a shower, however that didn’t happen as it stopped working and the water pressure was minimal. The shower head was loose so I tightened by hand and that was no help. I made the decision to place all belongings in our suitcases and lock them, and any food in the fridge. While we made good memories at Augusta on this trip, there were bad ones due to the conditions of the room which makes me question the cleanliness standards at this hotel. I left earlier than I needed on check out, I’d rather sit in the airport to relax than spend any more time in that room. I’m looking forward to heading home and will empty and disinfect everything to ensure I have no stowaways in my luggage.

Y'all refusing to give me my points back when I didn't even stay at your hotel due to your staff checking me in without confirmation of me having the deposit!!!! Not only did you staff check me in to a room, she waited a whole hour after I left before checking me out.. By then I was already somewhere else.

Not worth staying here. Bathroom looks like it’s about to cave in. 224. Has a connecting room that the resident decided it was cool to blast rap music from 12am till 1am. Room is bout the size of a decent closet. Breakfast was a joke no protein. Dirty towel was laying on top of the shower curtain. Hot water was non existent. And to top it off the room was 86 degrees on my arrival, luckily it was small room so only took 2 hours to bring temp to 72. Will definitely never stay here again. Can’t believe this is a choice hotel, what a joke.

I’m highly unsure how this place is legally allowed to stay open. When we first walk up to our room the door is wide open (its 1:30am). The shower was full of trash and questionable debris, the ceiling was rotting from black mold, and our mattress had piss stains. The couch looked like Rasputia Latimore cannon balled on it from 15ft up. My fiancée and I eye immediately agreed we were not staying. I’m still in the refund process but the hotel refuses to answer the travel agents phone calls. The owner of this place clearly has no regard for cleanliness or safety or customer satisfaction. 10/10 the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, do not trust the photos you see on booking apps.

Fell for the low price, trying to save money and immediately regretted it. The elevator and hallway smelled like smoke throughout my stay. The air condition wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room. And there was constant noise from my neighbors throughout my stay, repeatedly slamming the door all night. I called the front desk about it and got a message that “ no one was available to take your call and the voicemail was not set up”. Finally, when I went downstairs for the included breakfast, I reported it to the person at the front desk who took care of it. So it was quiet from 9 AM till noon. By the way, the free breakfast included waffles and not much else. I would pay extra to stay somewhere else.
