Quality Inn & Suites

There is NO wi-fi as advertised! Towels had stains on them & sheets were dirty/dingy. The room smelled disgusting & the owner is EXTREMELY rude & non-accomodating to guest concerns. This place should be shut down. DEFINITELY NOT normal standards or cleanliness of a quality inn hotel. Overpriced and disgusting! BEWARE!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Your reservation means absolutely nothing here. Like many others have experienced, my reservation was canceled for no reason other than greed. I booked two rooms 8 months in advance, only to receive a cancellation notice 6 months later. Why? Because demand for rooms increased, and management decided to cancel existing reservations to price gouge new customers. When I called to have my cancellation investigated, the clerk played dumb, claiming it was a “system error.” Conveniently, this “error” aligned with the manager’s instructions: “Everyone will just have to rebook at the new rate.” That new rate? Triple the original price. That's quite the system error, isn’t it? I had initially been looking forward to my stay based on other glowing reviews highlighting the hotel’s “amenities” like bugs, stained sheets, mold, broken furniture, no breakfast, doors that don’t lock, and random strangers entering your room at night. What a stay this could have been! Save yourself the headache—and maybe a tetanus shot—and stay anywhere else. A gas station bathroom would be a five-star experience compared to this clown show. I stayed here a year ago and it was fine; quiet, clean enough and great for the price. This year, everything is broken (hairdryer, window blinds, internet, outlets, bathtub drain). It seems like the hotel has become a residence for locals and isn’t really a hotel anymore? Most of the basics like breakfast, etc. barely exist and the manager lives in a room upstairs.

Stayed here while visiting family and Ms. Amanda and Ms. Brittany was of great help in getting my room. Both ladies were very informational when it came to answering question. Also, they're very informative on events and deals that were being offered.

I will never patronize this business again.. I’ve stayed here before and never experienced what I experienced on yesterday 5/17/2025. We had the police called on us and asked to leave after booking 2 rooms and paying early check in fees. We still arrived at 3pm which is the regular check in time and we were there only a hour and a half before the manager on duty falsely accused us of breaking pool rules. We were allowed 8 guests between the two rooms and there was 7 people in the pool.. other people was at the pool, but never stated they were with us because he never asked, he assumed. I was never told when you stay somewhere you can’t have anyone come up to the room and visit you.. he complained about that but never tried to find the person that was smoking Marijuana in the non smoking building which was smelling throughout the hallways. He lied to the 3rd party booking so he didn’t have to refund us but I will be calling a corporate office and taking further actions. Say no to quality inn on whiskey rd in Aiken sc. Had to put a star to post but they don’t even deserve one star
