Overall has been a great experience. Great customer service. Near a lot of places to eat and a Food Lion. They have a small kitchenette area. The room is definitely a good size room. I had a double queen bed room. Has a TV and desk and a little island separating the kitchen and bed area. Definitely recommend this cost efficient hotel for sure.

If zero stars was an option it would be zero. Newer ownership. I can almost guarantee the 5/5 reviews are from the owners. DIRTY. Do not recommend. Other budget friendly hotels in town. This place was absolutely horrible. I was traveling to Augusta for the masters and had booked this hotel several months in advance. Upon arrival, this was almost unrecognizable from the pictures advertised. Now, donβt get me wrong, I stay in plenty of budget friendly places and realize that they may have their faults, but this place was unbearable, especially for someone who suffers from asthma. Upon arrival, you are greeted with an atrium with garbage bags, garbage, and construction materials everywhere, specifically toilets. Not that big of a deal, right? So we go to our room and it is completely disgusting. Windows werenβt sealed around the edges with visible gaps, rain water inside of window pane, moisture throughout the room, damp carpet, a few insects. We approached the front desk woman who was actually pretty nice and realized that everything was true and was not as advertised. She advised us that when the new ownership took over, there was a lot of deferred maintenance and not a lot of cleanliness. We canceled the room and the owners will not proceed with a refund to make it right, although the product advertised is most certainly not the same as the product you get. Would highly recommend against this place and the other budget hotels in town are in much better shape.

Phyllis was fantastic helping me check out. I asked for help printing something and she accommodated. She also gave me a bottled water during breakfast when I asked. Thank you Phyllis!!! I was in room 204 from 6/12 to 6/14/25. The gentleman that checked me in was great as well and recognized that I was a diamond member! Please was clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town. Breakfast was fabulous as well!!!

The front desk tried to be helpful, but they are limited to what they can do. Bathtub had black specks all in it, so we had to clean the tub before we could use it. It was stated to be a roll in tub but was just a standard tub with handicap grab bars. The handicapped member of the room occupants had extreme problems dealing with standard tub. Floor was EXTREMELY sticky, and walking on it in our sock feet turned the bottoms of our socks coal black. Only 1 electric receptacle space is available to use either the microwave or the coffee pot, but not both. The control panel for the HVAC was lying on the nightstand and had to be placed on the unit to be able to know which control buttons were for the different functions.

Everything about this room was great! It was clean, good lighting, separate bath, mini kitchen complete with sink, mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, and a small bar with 2 chairs. Bed was very comfy! Good water pressure! 5 stars for sure!
