I recently had our whole HVAC system replaced in February. My husband and I could not be happier with the results. Our installers were, Jesus Nunez, Joshua Johnson and my apologies for not getting the two other names of the other installers. Quality Air came in at a fair price, did what they said they were going to do and beyond. Jesus explained everything clearly to me and didn't waste any time to get things. They were punctual, professional and totally cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them. Thank you

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The seller of my home “hired” this company to check out their almost FIFTEEN year old HVAC unit. This company cleared it “UNIT IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION”. I buy said house with EVERY last dime I, as a single mother, have. Move into house, unit DIES. EVERY company since then cannot figure out how said company has cleared my unit for me buying it. $10, 000 later…I’m going to be out a unit that THIS company cleared. The duct work is so bad the hvac company I hired word for word said “I don’t know how this house was cleared for sale”. It is so disheartening to have something so easily seen missed or looked over purposely. Pleassssssse beware before you hire this company.

I waited a few months before submitting a review. I think I can safely say now that we're 100% happy with Quality. They replaced our split unit in one day. They also replaced about 1/2 our duct work. I knew we had some leaks under there but didn't know just how bad it was. Even though electric prices have gone up since last year and it has been one hot summer our bill was $165.00 cheaper than last July. We've also been able to run 2 degrees higher at night because the house is much less humid. And the best part? They came in thousands and thousands of $$ less than other companies installing the same equipment. In one case more than 50% cheaper than one local company a lot of our neighbors recommended because they "were real nice". SMH. Same equipment, same labor, much cheaper. (and Quality guys were also very nice :) ) Beyond happy with our choice. EDIT: more than a year later and my 5 star review stands!
