Really great customer service. The service for my battery was quick and she gave great advice. Apple was unable to repair my phone, however I always have a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend their services.

I have been to the Belair Rd store twice in the past month and Amber (owner) is so pleasant and professional. I had her install a new battery in my iPhone and also remove a broken charger tip from my iPad. Both repairs were done super quickly and correctly. I went and got my PS5 cleaned on May 22nd. She was amazing. Even though she was busy she got it cleaned in a reasonable amount of time. She was knowledgeable and professional. Great experience overall.
