Publix Super Market at Fury's Ferry Plaza

Food was not fresh and service was worse. This place used to be good. Im not sure what went wrong, but I won't go again. It was hotter inside than outside. Some food undercooked some overcooked.

I would avoid this publix for the time being. Hopefully they resolve this issue and take it seriously. Husband and I went to order a sub and before you even get close to the counter you can smell what my husband believes is rodent pee but it is definitely pee of some sort. The man working behind the counter apologized and said he's made several reports to management but they say they can't do anything. Husband and I also made a report to management about it, Hopefully they will take action. In the meantime I would definitely say it's a health hazard there and to go to a different publix for your deli/sub/bakery needs.

The customer service was up to par as usual with Publix. The store was tidy as usual. Purchased grapes and didn't try it until going home. They tasted old. Too far to return. An inconvenience but able to get a replacement from local Publix.

Bad customer service with the prepared food department..I went inside to order a sub 10minutes before closing and everything was put away. I was told to call ahead of time next time. Publix does not have anything advertised that the store closes at 9:50 pm or their sandwich department closes early. I did not and will not call ahead because of other reviews that informed about the work ethic of this department. Please correct this behavior or update your store/department hours.

Okay...Public's manager Ricky is AWESOME!! My mom became ill in the store and was too weak to shout. She called me on the phone and in turn we called Public's front desk and Ricky went to the rescue! Thanks everyone for moving over on the expressway to let me through. BTW, this store is always clean and staff are super nice!
