Publix Super Market at Eastgate Shopping Center

Ordered a cake from their catalog for my son’s birthday and it looks nothing like it. Very disappointing. Unfortunately don’t have time to get a new one.

I came in to pick up a birthday cake for my 4-year-old son, thinking I’d just grab something quick. But Krista saw me looking and didn’t hesitate—she kindly offered to help, showed me the larger cake options, explained how she could write his name on it, and even pointed me to where the candles were. She didn’t just do her job—she made my son’s birthday feel extra special, and that meant everything to me as a parent. Her kindness, energy, and genuine care made my day. Chiante in deli probably had a rough day, which I can appreciate, but she was not pleasant to deal with. Not up to the Publix standard. I know the sub station gets busy, and it can be frustrating, but my experience today was incredibly subpar. Subs were poorly made as well.

There is never anyone in customer service when I come into this location. I always have to wait when I buy lottery tickets.

Store seems clean and the deli makes some great subs. I usually go with Boar's Head meats and cheeses. The bakery also does a great job with cakes and bread.
