My online experience was flawed because the unit I rented online had the following deficiencies: The unit dimensions were approximation and not actual (shape was neither rectangular or square) There were no pictures of the actual inside look / dimensions of the unit I consider this fraudulent representation. There maybe fewer discounts available for in person rental than online, but at least you will get a practical view to see the unit and effectively decide whether a bigger or smaller unit would fit your needs. After my regretful and unfavorable online rental experience I did get a more wonderful experience with the local representative.

Wonderful Customer Service!!! The storage unit we rented online wasn’t quite ready yet due to some damage, but Ms.Diedra helped us out and moved us into a different space. We also have a bunch of stuff, she moved us into a larger space for the price!! Wonderful Wonderful!! I highly recommend!

Ms Diedra, I went to your old location and I was told that you had moved. You was highly recommended to store with. If I could follow you there I would. My friends said that you are very knowledgeable and would be able to help me with my move. I hope they KNOW that Georgia has a wonderful person with a wonderful personality.

Very kind and accommodating! Our storage unit wasn't yet ready to be moved in and they were kind enough to let us use a bigger storage unit! I really appreciated the help!

Didn’t have a good experience booked a storage the lady at the counter I don’t like to pass judgment didn’t seem right possibly under the influence??? Couldn’t stay still was very jittery . We discussed a 5*15 I asked to see pictures it was too small… so instead I asked for a 10*10 she said one was available . Paid with my debit card got the paperwork and unit number load my stuff up in my car got back to unit …it was a 5*10 which is not even what we discussed!!! Way too small!!! so I went back to the front spoke to a guy which wasn’t very friendly seems like I was inconveniencing him ! So I explained that’s not what we discussed a 5*10 it was suppose to be a 10*10 . Already aggravated I said okay just let me pay the difference for the 10*10 . They didn’t have any ….so I asked for a refund which only half of the refund is posted after 3 days later do not recommend!!! Go somewhere else
