Hannah was very sweet and helpful. She took her time to make sure all of our questions were answered. She also helped us with choosing the right unit for storage. The grounds were very clean and we could tell that things were properly kept up. It is our first time renting a storage unit, if you’re also in need for storage I recommend you stop by and see Hannah. We appreciated all of her help getting us set up. Also, the guy we spoke with from customer service on the phone was very kind and helpful as well, he took the time to explain the different units, which helped us determine what unit we would need. Overall experience was a 10/10.

It's always a pleasure conducting business with Mr Robert at his storage facility! The customer service is exceptional from start to finish. Robert is incredibly helpful and he continues to make the process of renting a unit seamless. He took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed to store my items safely until this day even 5 years later he continues to greet with follow-up calls if I am behind and always work his magic to help me in way not required but very much appreciate it. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage – great service and a top-notch experience all around!. Great customer service!!! My dad passed March 2024 and had storages at this location. Robert the manager has been nothing but nice and helpful throughout this whole process. I am very grateful for all he has done and if I could I would give him and this facility 1000 stars.

I have been with this location on Gordon Highway for many years. They were Metro Storage, then they became Simply Self Storage and now Public Storage. Robert has always been very solicitous but today I spoke with Nikki and I must say, she's giving Robert a run for his money with her helpfulness, empathy and dedication to providing first class customer service. I work as a Disaster Response and Recovery Professional which can be quite stressful, but I had never missed a payment on my units in the over 5 years that my items have been stored. Somehow, I inadvertently didn't click both units payment boxes on one of my three units and didn't know it. Nikki was very pleasant when she phoned me and even went over and beyond to have the late fee waived for me and to prevent another rate increase that was due for January 2025. I can express my gratitude to her for all of her assistance. Great job Nikki. God bless you.
