Ray was amazing, patient, and he went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. Would recommend any day.

I notified public storage 2 weeks before my move out date that I will no longer need my parking space and I spoke to the woman in the office, it was never entered instead it was entered that I will be gone for a few days and now RAY who lives on property called me and stated I will be charged even though I notified them in person of my move out when I was taking my car out 2 weeks prior, I spoke to ray on the phone, and he even admitted that it stated that I will be gone for a few weeks, so if I didn’t notify anyone why in the world would it state that I notified them ? But I was still charged for an entire month a day after it was due my bill was due February 1st, and I was billed on the second as late even though they were aware of my move out, such a scam be very careful when moving in and out of this facility by this manager who absolutely do not work with public storage customers. And they DO NOT want to take any responsibility for their actions.

Ray and Aetna really did help me out a lot. I really do appreciate all of their hard work. Great job 😉

I have had a Storage Unit for about 6 Year's now! Mr Ray Ray is very Friendly & Knowledgeable Man. I go see him every month to pay my bill. My storage unit is at North Leg but I come to this Public Storage to pay my bill because of Mr Ray! He asked how You are doing & he gives the Best Customer Service!!! If You need anything Just ask Mr Ray!!! He goes Above& Beyond to Help You!!! Great Job Mr Ray!!!
