Julius made getting started with a unit a very smooth process. Explained all the important details to be easily understood. Ended up saving $30 in person! Very kind staff and comfortable environment. 24hr cameras, quality climate control, great deals with pricing.

Absolutely horrible place!! I have made a payment to them online and then I get text later on saying they never got it. My money has already got taken out of my account and now apparently no where to be found. I call and call and no one answers. Finally a few weeks later some answers we talk I get told a gm will call that day or the next day. So I wait 3 days later still no call so then I call finally get to talk to someone 0 help as he says he will figure it out and call me that day or the next. NO CALL. So I made my one payment and it’s still no where to be found. I then get told my stuff is about to go on Lien for not paying it when I have bank statements saying I did. I call again and I get told that I have auto payment fees (when I never was even set up in that) and I have retired check fees (when I never even sent checks) so they take my money don’t put it to what it’s supposed to be put towards charge me fees for stuff I never did and now are trying to take my belongs (which is not happening because there will be a huge problem if they do. I get told I’ll get a call today or tomorrow. Shocked no call today. Save your money and save your belongings go elsewhere where.

I called up there to talk about a storage room and Ms Tina was so helpful and sweet, I will definitely be going back!
