From my first time ever coming to the property and meeting Julius. I was so impressed with how well everyone including Lisa and Tina went above and beyond to help me. This was a rough and trying time in my life and they couldn’t have helped me more. Tina even praying with me. I knew I made the best decision in coming to this facility. I spoke with Julius Sunday about the property and spaces and prices for a couple worker of mine who is moving there soon and he was so helpful and polite. He gave me all the info and even told me about the app and how it would help make it a breeze while storing. Highly recommend.

Lisa is such a very accommodating person with the best attitude of a staff a business entity can have. She helped me navigate through in renting out a unit. She is a keeper and an asset to this business. And when i needed to come back the following day to fix an error in my online transaction, Tina was in the same way accommodating and help me through it. Lisa and Tina make the best work tandem. Absolutely fantastic service. Julius was beyond nice while also being very helpful and efficient. I was able to get in and out when renting a unit and was able to get a lock and insurance at the same time. Beyond happy with my experience.

Tina helped me find the unit that was right for my needs. She's a rock star! The location and unit were PERFECT! Pricing was ok but all in all... a great experience.
