PruittHealth - Augusta Hills

I had a family member that went to Pruitt Health-Augusta Hills and was impressed. To be honest, I didn’t want this facility at all but glad we weren’t given what we thought we wanted. The Admissions Director, Ms. Ariel Walton, was very attentive from admission to discharge. The rehabilitation staff was on point. The Activities Director, Ms. Jovani, had great things to keep the customer engaged. One day they had a food truck! I would recommend you don’t look at the exterior and know that your family member will get superb treatment. I highly recommend this facility!

My grandfather was placed in the care of this facility about 6 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with his overall health but most importantly the support for his mental health also. From the caring nurses and administrators, to the fun filled events he has been having a blast at this facility. I was worried at first because I wanted to make sure I put him in a facility that would treat him as I would and care for him the way our family would and they’ve done just that. Thanks so much Pruitt and staff ❤️❤️❤️

I can honestly say it was quite the transition to have my Aunt go and stay at Pruitt; however, the staff and care she was giving during her time there was magnificent. They paid attention to every small detail and even greeted me so warmly during my visits. If you have a loved one in need of a healthcare facility please consider Augusta Hills.

I was apprehensive about sending my grandfather to this facility at first due to the previous reviews but I must say they are amazing and definitely have their patients best interest! The admissions director Ariel is such a delightful individual and is willing to go above and beyond to help!

My dad is William Johnson we were appreciative about placing him anywhere in the beginning but the staff welcomed us with open arms my dad took to the facility without issue the nurses and cnas were very attentive and learned his behavior and asked questions of us to better take care of him like his work habits and eating his ability to do different things on his own that made caring for him better. I am a nurse and a daddys girl so I watched carefully but dad was happy keep clean shaved and never complained about anything every nurse that i spoke with always had a smile an stated how they loved my dad the cnas spoiled him rotten which gave my brothers and family a sence of security so thank you Pruitt famiy for making us part of the family
