Some of the nurses here are rude, especially in how they talk to patients and visitors. Most treat this place like they're at a family reunion or a cookout, sometimes neglecting patients because they're low staff or half of the staff aren't working. I also wouldn't trust any of the men working there; they seem predatory, and the women seem like they would look the other way.

My mom stayed there for a month for rehab after being at 2 prior nursing home and hospital before that and I promised the first day there she was using her walker and was in her wheelchair and at the time she hadn’t been out of the bed for 2 months. And I got to meet a guy named Dustin and he assured that she would be in great care and less just say she came home last week and doing well 🙏🏾

I would give a five stars except transportation nonexistent and time for response on ringing bell in patients room is way to long to response. Some CN s come when bell rings turn it off and say will come back when finish something else. Need more staff on changing patient. I love the dedication of PT,OT and speech. My husband has come a long way . Thank u for all your help! I love the staff!

I just got home from a 20 day stay at the Aiken facility. The staff was 95% A-1 excellent care and rehab. Church and activities for patients was excellent. Food was extremely nutritional and tasty. Mingling with the residents was a pleasure.. I pray that I don't need to go back but would recommend to all

If you have any family at the Aiken location run and get them out of there my dad has had a infection for a whole week I had been telling the nurse to send him to the hospital she kept telling his vitals were good and that he was just refusing to eat and drink not true at all. Also reading the reviews they only reply to the good reviews not the bad ones
