Prescott & Sons Construction

We hired Prescott & Sons Construction to upgrade our deck and screen it in. Josh and Tyler were knowledgeable and detail oriented, treating our project as if it was their own home. If any issues arose they were always handled with our best interest in mind. Katrina, in the office, was great at keeping us updated and very responsive with any questions we had. We absolutely love the way it turned out, and would trust them for any future projects!

We hired Prescott & Sons to remove two load bearing walls and a closet to create an open floor plan and install two concealed beams hidden in the attic. They did a phenomenal job which took only 1 1/2 days to finish. They left no mess behind.

Second home project by Prescott & Sons, this time a cottage addition. Josh was sure to continually keep in touch to let us know who would be coming each day. Josh and son Tyler were around almost daily. This took about 10 weeks and very few days had no work going on. The attention to detail, suggestions, and professionalism takes Prescott & Sons to the next level. As an added touch, Josh even took our century old family mantle home to clean up and creatively install an electric fireplace. We just need to pick out a stain! Our entire exterior of house and drive was cleaned since so many trucks left dirt tracks on the driveway. Going above and beyond is what you’ll find with Prescott & Sons.

We were super pleased with Prescott and Sons. They came in and got started with our bathroom remodel, building a new sun room wall and painting our front door. They did and excellent job. They were very conscious that they were working in our home while we were still living in it and took that into consideration. I have no complaints and will use them for my next project.

I will never be able to say enough good things about Prescott and Sons. Hurricane Helene came through and totaled my 85 year old mother-in-law‘s house. I had seen and heard about Josh‘s work from a couple of my friends and just from what they had told me we knew we wanted to reach out to him first. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with Josh when everyone was trying to find someone to help rebuild. The storm happened the end of September and she was back in her house before Christmas with a practically total rebuild. The work that was done was excellent. He took care of every detail and turned a 1960s compartmentalized den, kitchen, dining room, living room into a totally open aired space. Josh says what he means and he does what he says. He was so helpful in decisions that I couldn’t figure out and was always accessible to us. The ease of working with him and Katrina made this horrible experience so much better. If you are looking to renovate,upgrade, or add an addition to your home Prescott and Sons should definitely be your first call.
