They are not just a bunch of computer geeks (said with so much love!); they are highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals who work with you as IT partners. From troubleshooting the weird and the wonderful, to helping you reset a password when you forget, everyone at Premier Networx is kind, courteous, and helpful beyond measure. Need to update your IT? They'll work with you to make sure you are getting the RIGHT stuff so that you and your business are performing optimally and SAFELY (so important in today's world!). I know they are protecting me and the people I serve...and I'm blessed to have them on my team!

I wanted to share the great experience I had on May 14, 2025 with your representative Marvin (maybe that was not his name). I could not connect to Microsoft. Marvin was very patient and kind while he worked with me to access my computer. He could tell i was getting frustrated so he gently encouraged me to stay the course and we would get Microsoft connected. He was not deterred even when several things we tried did not work. He was kindly persistent and was able to solve me problem. He is a great customer service rep.

I have been with Premier Networx since the 1st day they opened. They have provided our medical practice with 3 offices and Billing Company office with excellent service always. We have a technical service agreement with them so that we need only pick up the phone or send an email to their support team to handle any issue we have. We also had them set up our VOIP telephone system in each office. I can't speak highly enough of their service.

We use Premier for our IT and technical support at work. They are wonderful! The phone is always answered, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are more than timely and follow up if additional time or resources are needed to address the issue, and they always correct/help with whatever is needed. I have contacted them with everything from small issues such as how to adjust a SharePoint setting to having them assist with updates from Dell that messed up my profile and caused random issues to crop up. I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone!

Premier is amazing. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. They are always there for us anytime we need them. No matter what the problem is they are always there to help. I don't know what we would do without them to help us every day with any problem big or small. We love our team at Premier!! Thank you Premier for all you do for our company!
