Came here after a bad experience at the Firestone on pine log. The folks at Precision Tune Auto Care were fantastic. They got my car on Monday and the same week (Saturday) the repair was complete. Each time I called for an update the techs gave me a detailed rundown of what test they were running to find the source of the problem. They ended up recommending an alternator replacement and once that was complete the existing issue was no long present. They also told me about a bunch of other problems that the car was having (pre-existing that I knew about) and didn’t even try and push an extra repair on me past what I said was the problem. All work/parts replaced have been validated. TL;DR this is a very honest and fast shop. Their prices are fair and the employees are very helpful.

Always very reasonably priced, fast service, and the job will always be done right!! The staff are very professional and reliable. The manager is always helpful and he makes sure that your vehicle is well taken care of. Its the only precision tune location I will ever go to. I don't trust auto care chains at all. I'll be back here again and again!

I went to Precision Tune in Aiken SC to see if they could diagnose and fix my horn on a 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser. They fixed it within a half hour. I had tried to get Toyota to fix it and all they would say is" leave the car"..Precision Tune employees took good care of me and at a reasonable price. I will return to do business there.

$35 oil change, walk in service. Very polite staff.
