Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I recently purchased a gallon of sweet tea from the Popeyes located at 2491 Tobacco Road in Hephzibah, GA, and was deeply disappointed by its quality. The tea contained visible black particles and was noticeably discolored, resembling a watered-down version of what should be a rich, flavorful beverage.

Drive through had us pull up then served 4 other cars. Finally go in, the cashier is rude and condescending. Finally start my order and despite an entire tray of chicken, it took her about 5 minutes to pick the most shitty pieces she could. I get it fast food sucks, working sucks. Maybe don't go out of your way to be bitchy to people who just want to eat. If I could afford better, I would.

The customer service is superb. The young men working the drive-thru are so polite, respectful, and courteous. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

They need to pay attention to orders. We ordered 1 spicy and 1 regular fried chicken strip meals and both were spicy. Smallest chicken strips that have ever existed and 2/6 were barely breaded. Maybe need a manager to start checking meals before handoff. Shouldn't be the customer's job to double check that the workers did their jobs.

I've been to this Popeye's on several occasions and it's always been good. Lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful with our orders. They give a good military discount.
