Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went through the drive-thru to place an order for a chicken wrap. Pulled up to the window, PAID for my order and was told to pull up to the “white lines”. Over almost a 15-20 minute time span, three cars came and went, however my order was not brought to me. I decided to drive back through, and no one came to the window to acknowledge me. Unfortunately, customer service seems to consistently lack at the location.

This Popeyes was great. Not sure why all the low ratings. Service was fast. All employees were polite and professional. Food was prepared quickly and the quality was excellent. Thank you for a great experience. I have been to other Popeyes in nearby counties, and they could learn from this location. Great job

I've been there 3 times. Never again. Can't get your order done within a reasonable time. Most incompetent staff ever. And the rudest people. There is no way this place stays open long. Don't waste your time. Food is not good. I've never had a problem at any other Popeyes. Stay away!

The food is as good as any other Popeyes but they are frequently extremely late in their orders. I deliver door dash from this location frequently and often have to cancel the order after waiting for 40+ minutes. The employees are not rude and the building seems clean but they act untrained.

First, try going through the drive through and look at how the store is kept. Trash all over the back area and splatter marks on the walls. Then you wait for over 30 minutes only for them to get it wrong. EVERYTIME. And to make your order right it is going to take another 15-30 minutes. Did I mention that you have to leave your car and go inside to make it right? And the dining area is no cleaner. Sticky floors and sticky tables. This has got to be the worst run store on the planet.
