Platinum Sports

We rented the space out for my daughters 11th birthday and they had a blast! The big open space, black light options, batting areas and sports equipment all contributed to non stop fun! The staff was kind and helpful! We will definitely be recommending it to friends and families in the CSRA!

We rented this space for my son's 5th Birthday a few weeks ago. Normally, I would visit the venue before booking, but I was really pressed for time. The staff was really pleasant and helpful! We were not expecting the amount of space we had; there was so much room for our birthday boy and his friends and family to move around. The bonus was that the room was finished with chairs, round tables, and we had access to their sports equipment--basketball goal, soccer equipment, and every type of ball imaginable. The glow in the dark option in the room was a nice touch. We made it a glow stick party! We will definitely be back in the future!

Reserved this place for my child’s birthday party earlier today. It was almost nothing like what their website described for a birthday party. There were only some baseballs, one dodgeball, a bat, and dumbbells. People started running around and ended up tripping on the dumbbells which resulted in injuries. Things were scattered everywhere. The A/C was out and nobody let us know beforehand. There was no music. There was no fridge/freezer to put your cake. It was a huge disappointment.

Went here for a birthday party. The A/C wasn’t working, there was only one employee to help with anything in a separate building. We had issues with the bathroom which is just flushing into a white tank outside on the ground. We had to keep the doors open to let in “cool” air which depleted the purpose of the “cosmic” lighting. I’m not sure what the going rate for this was, but I am willing to bet you will over pay for lack luster facilities.

Got ripped off on cosmic dodge ball party. I brought my own setup for laser tag (props and guns) and the cosmic dodge ball was supposed to start after the kids game of laser tag. When laser tag ended, I let the kid who was suppose to coach the dodge ball game know we were ready. He tossed us some balls and sat down. I advised the kid that I was told he was there to also organize the game of dodge ball. It was awful. During the game another party came in early to set up their while ours was still going on. They kept the door open, so it defeated the purpose of having a cosmic party. The young man whom was supposed to be reffing the game let us to tend to the other incoming guest. I asked if they could close the door, after all, I was we were still on time paid for. I tried contacting the owner about it an never got a call back. I'm sure he'll know who I am considering I might have been the only one to bring in what I did. So I basically paid to rent the room considering they didn't do cosmic dodge ball. It lasted every bit of 10 minutes. I'll make sure to let all my military buddies know to stay away.
