Hands down the absolute best vape shop experience I’ve ever had. Ethan graciously shared with me his wealth of knowledge about the many different products that I’ve been trying so hard to find out about and he did so with professionalism, kindness, and a ton of patience. I’ve been spinning my wheels for several months now and have become so frustrated with the process that I was actually berating myself on my way to Planet Vapor for wanting to yet again subject myself to more of the same: disappointment, frustration, and regret. Lest we forget the time, effort, and money I’ve wasted thus far which should’ve been enough to deter anyone. But I trekked on, justifying my decision today because I was going right past your location anyway. In all honesty when I got there I was not thrilled about it and my expectations were so low that I was kinda dreading it. But I’m so glad I gambled one last time and I’m entirely grateful for all of the help I got from Ethan today and last but certainly not least I could not be happier with my purchases. It’s so nice to be treated with such a high level of genuine consideration for my needs—an exceedingly rare experience anymore—but an important and memorable exchange that I won’t soon forget.

I'm a long-term customer of planet vapor until today. I came in to get some juice for my mod and a couple of disposable vapors for my wife. There was a special on space Mary two for 30 I figured what the hell got me one got her one. The Man behind the counter said we had to try before we left so I opened mine and tried it, and it worked fine, as advertised. Anyway I didn't try hers and didn't think it a big enough deal to get her out the car just to do so. Thanking himI walked to my vehicle right outside the door of this establishment, got in and let her try it and it wouldn't shut off, it ended up I guess melting internally it wouldn't even try anymore. I walked right back into the store with the thing smoking still and the man accused me of having a empty cartridge in the truck waiting to come and so I can take advantage of him apparently. He then basically told me to leave. I spent a lot of money in this place ,we stopped today and I urge all of you to do the same

Love this location! Troy and Ethan are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always super friendly. Best customer service! Prices are great, but we mostly come to this location for the customer service and convenience.

Been coming here since they popped up and I've gotten nothing but good treatment, especially from Troy. Knowledgeable in every field as well as clean and well kept, any time I ask a price he's got it right off the top of his head and for effects or whatever else an item does, he gives a whole list that's easy to understand and enticing to hear. Good mood, good help, good store.

Ran here on my lunch hour and Troy and Dennis were very helpful and polite. I was looking for a disposable vape and once I let them know what I needed their recommendation was spot on. Thank you!
