Pizza Hut

Stood at the counter while cashier counted change in drawer. Took a while for her to complete, and not once did she acknowledge that I was standing right in front of her during the wait. Pizza, on the other hand, was phenomenal! Most pizza places skimp on the cheese, but this one here made sure that every inch was covered, and then some. Plus, the cheese to seasoning/toppings ratio is even and unmatched. Mid customer service. Exceptional pizza 🍕 ! The pizza is the only reason I'm giving a rating of 4 stars instead of 3

Order delivery paid for extra cheese. Barely got any. App said it was delivered at 10:04. It was not called the store and said the driver was still out. I’m assuming they said it was delivered so it wouldn’t messed where their delivery accuracy.

Really disappointed with the service here. I placed an order and they forgot one of my entire pizzas and instead of offering to remake the order they wanted me to wait for the pizza while the rest of my order got cold. Instead of fixing the issue the acting “manager” got nasty with me and asked me if I was serious when I asked for my entire order to be remade. Crazy disrespectful and awful customer service.

This was a pickup order, but I did not check my order before leaving. I get home and open the box to this foolery. Once you play with my food, I'm done eating at your restaurant. They offered to remake the pizza, but this should not have happened, and driving back to the restaurant took time and gas to return it.

Pizza hut is my favorite pizza and this is my location. Which is out of my way but they usually get it right. Ordered on Wednesday and they put sausage on my pizza instead of beef. No big deal call and they say I csn have a free pizza. So I call this morning and talk to steven to get my pizza. He said he was the manager but was not very helpful at all. He said I only get an $8 crefit. So, I have to pay $8. That's not what I was told. I just want what I paid for originally. This is unacceptable! Pizzahut.com barely works to put a complaint in the right way.
