Pizza Hut

Literally waiting a whole hour for my order that was placed. When I placed my order it stated it’d be dropped off by 9:44. I got a notification saying it was dropped off at 9:48. This was not true so I called the store at 9:50 to figure out where my food was at & was told that “she’s leaving the store with your order now” I waited another 30 minutes for my food to arrive. It’s cold & looks like it’s been sitting for the last hour. The sauce on the wings is everywhere in the box , expect for on the wings. I’m truly mad that I even wasted my money here 🚮🚮

Ordered online. Arrived to pick up my food, two ladies standing in the back with the music blasting looking at me standing at the counter. I waited, thinking maybe someone else was coming to give me my order. No one came, so I yelled at the ladies and asked, "Am I supposed to get my own pizza?" One girl rolled her eyes and finally came to help me. I dont understand. Am I wrong?

I ordered pizza on5/12 on tobacco road but the order went to peach orchard road. And when I spoke to the lady to express my concerns. She told me the order didn't come from tobacco road it came from peach orchard road which is further out from my location which is tobacco road. And the number on the website gave me the number to tobacco road. When I got home my pizza WAS cold, the box was crushed, the wings had a little sauce on it and the soda was hot. I paid $42.44 for this HOT MESS on 5/12/2025. I have been calling and know one has returned my call. I want a FULL REFUND to rewrite this wrong... This was the worst service I have ever had...

OH MY GOODNESS I AM SO PROUD OF PIZZA HUT BECAUSE THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT WITH MY ORDER. MY KIDS, SISTER AND I ENJOY THE LOOKS AND HOW FRESH AND HOT THE FOOD GOT DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE!!! WOW ... GREAT JOB 5STARS !! EVEN THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS SO ESTATIC LIKE YES !! KEEP IT UP TOBACCO RD LOCATION !!! YES YES !!
