Pizza Hut

Not at all thrilled with pizza hut York Street. We ordered online. It took us 20 minutes to get there, the app said our food would be ready in 8 minutes btw. But when we got there we sat around waiting for another 20 minutes and the guys says ,"my bad I didn't know your food was ready". We get th3 food home. We don't have all of our food and when I called he put me on hold for 25 minutes until I gave up and finally hung up. I called back the next day and the lady I spoke with was very helpful I have no complaints about her.

We love Pizza Hut because of the wings and occasionally try the specialty pizzas, but we ordered the new cheesey twist pizza and it did not look anything like advertisement. The crust was very doughy and was not much cheese on the "supposed twist" parts that looked like extra mis-shaped crust. Very disappointed for the price of the pizza. I'm giving it a two star because when ordering wings we have had to pay for ranch lately, when normally you would at least get one ranch free with a wing purchase. Also because the pizza being a specialty was over priced with raw dough still and not even close to what has been advertised.

Fast delivery but pizza didn’t really taste like anything like literally didn’t have any taste to me. The wings were ok…but definitely should’ve just got a regular pizza.

The customer service at the York Street location was terrible. The manager rudely told me I had to pay for ranch even though I had purchased wings. He did a poor job handling and explaining the situation, which made my experience horrible. I go to this location often, and have never been charged for ranch. They need to make sure they are following protocol because not paying one day and paying the next is crazy.

I had to take a pizza back… Tasha and Jahroy were the most polite… the person in the back was more rude than ever. He was cursing and talking down on Tasha and Jahroy. It was awful and they should not have to work under someone like that. Pizza Hut needs to get their ducks in a row.
