PGC Installation

Never completed the job. Never refunded the portion he didn't complete. Honestly the worst part I'm a single mother retired with a special needs son and he never even returned my house key I was told he put it in the mail and of course it never arrived. I had no problem giving him his money in full but he had a problem finishing the job and he had a problem just returning my key for me that's not good business I would have been happy that he at least dropped the key in the mail and he didn't even do that I live down there now permanently I see the mail everyday no key. His workers do do a very good job but him he's on the business end of it I would be careful before doing business I definitely would not pay in full until the job is complete. That was my mistake live and learn I would have just been happy if he had the decency to return the key he could have dropped it in the mail but I'll give him two stars cuz his workers do do nice work other than that you should be careful do not pay in full don't let his contracts fool you not very professional

I called to get a quote on 3 projects and scheduled an appointment. The caller was nice but it didn't set well with me that after receiving the confirmation text reminding me of our appointment, I'm still waiting at the site for you to show an hour later. When I called you, you apologized but stated that you wouldn't be able to come out for another hour. You asked me about my projects, which I appreciated, but you gave me a minimum quote of $70,000, site unseen, for the foundation on a 620sqft house. I understand you may be a very busy person, but if you dont want to do a job, just say so. Be honest and don't setup an appointment you don't come too and don't give out quotes that's half the value of the home I'm building.

We called pgc installation for help with damage from hurricane Helene. I must say the call back response time was quick.i spoke with Gerald the residential builder he was so knowledgeable.he came over within 24 hours did a walk through sat with me and explained our options and we did an addition with a new bathroom,new kitchen and the whole thing went very well and the price is the best in town. Five stars all day everyday.

Gerald and his Team did a great job to fix end of driveway where it met the street. I had a dip that would cause scraping on the car when backing out. Great communication and very professional work.

Gerald did a wonderful job in a great time frame but did my kitchen and bathroom in no time I love the tile and the back splash that the choose since I was undecided but thanks appreciate the buisness
