.update 12/5/24 Alot has changed and a change is what I will make also this will be.my last update to this post but another will follow Update 4/30/24 Well I'm here to update my review I added more stars despite us loosing yet another therapist that me and my son have grown very close to,but I know they must do whats best for them it hurts to see them leave but I understand. So they have added new therapist one who my son see at times and I think she is a joy and so nice this place is still amazing and I would still recommend it to everyone the therapist in a whole are all great and they are so welcoming if you haven't came and seen them do so your kids will be well taken care of..they actually love what they do and it shows... UPDATED YET AGAIN: overall the place is a nice place with great therapists the only thing is don't get attached or feel your child is really developing well with a certain therapist because oneday you will go in and find out they are leaving. This has been a constant cycle here and I'm so disappointed my child who I feel was showing great progress will now have to readjust to someone new or another person's style when he was doing so well with whom he had. I understand things happen but come on my child is the one who is missing out here every therapist my child had had either gone or about to be gone, I wanted to speak with someone about this but I had no direction of whom so hopefully you see it here this may not mean much to you simply coming from me one concern parent but why do you keep losing these great therapists who I know are great I'm in the room with them when they are working with my child. They clearly love and enjoy what they do, I think this will be my last review of this facility as I have to see what else is available for the growth of my child. I just love the atmosphere here and the therapist are so amazing, and the sweetheart at front is just a breath of fresh air she knows us when we come in. They are amazing I promise you this place is a great place... I can write a book my experience and the growth I've seen in my son and the care they show is the kind of love you want shown to your child especially with what's going on in the world today. Thanks to everyone

My 2 kids has been going here for speech and ot since 2019. Everyone we have seen has been so friendly and helpful. All the ladies are absolutely amazing. I know they love their job and truly care about the kids. Abi at the front desk is always sweet and helpful, too! I couldn’t love and recommend this place enough.

My daughter was seen here in 2019 for about 4 sessions before I immediately pulled her. At the time my child was seen (pre-covid) I was told their policy was to not allow parents back in the therapy sessions; this is a huge red flag! Why would you not allow parents back during sessions? And even more importantly, if you won't allow parents back during sessions, why for the love of God are you not monitoring the rooms?!?! My daughter was terrified of her speech therapist after the second session because that's when she no longer allowed me to go back. This therapist told me to bring bribes of sugary drinks and treats to coax my daughter back and she still fought, and I mean FOUGHT. I implore anyone that may read my review to call other speech therapy offices and ask if it's common policy to ban parents from sessions. Spoiler alert, it's not common at all. Editing after 2 weeks to update, that I have reached out to the number provided several times, and haven't heard back. So despite the reply that they take this seriously, clearly they do not.

The therapy this organization has provided for my son is truly awesome and life changing. The professionalism from the receptionist to each therapist is greatly appreciated.
