My boyfriend ordered me some flowers for my birthday, and I never received them. Eventually, we called because they didn't come on my birthday. The owner said that she fell and broke her leg and would issue a refund. Still, no refund or no flowers. Please beware of this place. Bad customer service, bad company, and then the physical location is closed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Horrible service. I ordered sympathy flowers from the website for someone that passed away. Got an email confirmation and my credit card was charged. I noticed a few days later that I did not get an email saying they were delivered. I sent 2 emails. No response. So then proceeded to call, and it took 4 calls to get someone on the phone. Then the lady said she would search for order, and call me back. I called back in an hour since she didn't call me back, she said she got busy. She said order was not filled, this is almost a week later, so she would cancel and refund the money. It sounded like she cannot handle the business and she talked about shutting down her sight. She also said that she does not send delivery confirmation emails, which is bad business I feel. My advice is, use another florist if you need your flowers in a timely manner. This one is old school and not able to handle things.

I had such a wonderful experience. I live in Illinois and my grandmother's funeral is tomorrow. The owner and I talked for a while and she is the sweetest person. So understanding and helpful. She is in a small town and it was so nice to be able to talk. I'm also from a small town in Maryland and really reminds me of home with knowing that people know each other. It was so nice to have that small town love and support.

For some reason the website is up; but the physical location of this business is closed and up for rent. It has been like this for sometime now . People beware!

Edit: 05/09/2022 my husband ordered flowers online again and this time for mothers day. The online site sent the order to peacock. He even called and spoke with her and she made excuses again as to why my flowers had not been delivered on the day he paid for. Here I am a day after mothers day and still trying to get someone on the phone to get it refunded. They don't answer the phone nor do they call back when you leave a message. Do not order from this company. 02/15/2022 My husband ordered flowers and Chocolate for Valentines Day and they were never delivered. $150 down the drain. Ive called over and over again and no one answers the phone. I drove up there and while their posted store hours on the door and online show they are opened today, no one is here. Everytime you call it says they are on the other line. 0/10 Do not recommend. Edit: One day after posting this review and two days after they were supposed to deliver flowers, still no call back (I left several voicemails and a google review) and they still don't answer the phone. I didn't get to drive up there today (I shouldn't have to). Someone needs to call me back and/or refund the money we paid for the flowers.
