They did a fantastic job on my dog. Her hair is super fluffy, clean, and smells very nice! Her nails are cut at a good length, and customer service for calls were also good. They told me 2-3hrs and got my dog done in 1:30hrs instead. Will definitely be coming back

Friendly, caring people. My dog wasn’t traumatized at all. She looks and smells fantastic. They were quick and efficient. Excellent pricing, cash or Venmo apparently is the way to go. I couldn’t be happier, I’ve already made another appointment.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Like some other reviews, I would give zero stars if possible. We made an appointment a MONTH ago to get my dog groomed on 5/15 at 11:30am. This has never been moved or changed, and was immediately put in my phone calendar, paper planner, AND put on our family’s whiteboard calendar. When we showed up for our appointment at 11:30, a lady came outside the building and informed us they had to cancel all their afternoon appointments because Michelle had to take her daughter to the doctor. We were understandably confused, as we had not received a phone call notifying us of this change, and asked if we were still on the schedule. The woman went back inside, checked their schedule, then came back to inform us that we weren’t even on their schedule for the day. Mistakes happen, it would have been no big deal, and we probably would have rescheduled, had they not reacted to this situation the way they did. Towards the end of this conversation, we made the mistake of informing them that the day before this appointment (5/14), I was in Denver. All the times in my phone calendar had changed to Denver time. This means that for ONE DAY ONLY, the grooming appointment said 11:30 & 9:30 on my phone calendar. However, it was still scheduled for 11:30 in every other calendar, and had been for weeks. Michelle decided to use this to her advantage. We had gone home and were feeling disappointed, when I received the rudest, most unprofessional voicemail from Michelle, saying “Oh yeah, your appointment was at 9:30 this morning, sorry you missed it but that’s your fault.” First of all, if the appointment truly was at 9:30 like she claims, why wouldn’t they have had it on their schedule for 9:30 when the woman went inside to check? Why wouldn’t we have received a call earlier informing us of a missed appointment? They only started claiming the appointment was at 9:30 AFTER I mentioned being in Denver the day before. Also, if ...
