Party in a Tent Augusta

Only reason I’m giving them a one star review is because I feel like I didn’t get a chance of booking a later date. I feel like they were helpful at the beginning but I also felt like they didn’t give you an option to reserve for another day. I say this because I paid my full amount in price which was $713.10 but unfortunately I had to cancel due to some issues which they only refund you back half price which is also ok but if you’re going to keep $356.55 that’s non refundable at least let the person book for a later date. That’s a lot of money that’s going to waste. They didn’t give me the option to book for a later date or nothing they just sent half my money in the mail with no more response which I think was very unprofessional.

Great service! I only needed a small amount of chairs and tables for my backyard wedding this past weekend and found this place, I reached out via their website and they got back to me promptly (though check your spam folder, the first reply I got went there with Gmail) Since my order was on the smaller side I was able to arrange a time to pickup the items from their warehouse using just a relatives pickup truck. Instead of getting it delivered. When I arrived they were waiting for me and super friendly, they even helped load the items. The same is true on returning the items. Highly recommend these guys for party planning needs!

Outstanding job on our graveside funeral tent need from order to set-up to take-down. Efficient, reliable and exactly as quoted. I highly recommend this company for your party tent.
