Paradise Animal Hospital

I love the service at Paradise. The staff is friendly, caring, and helpful. Since Dr. Knittel retired, wait times have gotten a little longer but I think it's the new doctor getting comfortable in a new place.

We've been a client of paradise animal hospital for a few years and have always enjoyed our visits. The vet is personable and gentle with our animals. My animals never seem scared or worried to enter for their appointments. We have regular vet visits but we have also had our youngest dog neutered at Paradise Animal hospital. When I went to pick him up he was very happy, Lively and seemed to enjoy all of the treats and love that he was receiving from the staff. The staff is continuously kind, courteous and loving towards us when we enter for appointments. Recently we needed to use their Cremation Services at paradise kennels because we lost a deeply loved animal that was a part of our family for 14 years. We lost her overnight and needed to have the next part of her journey taken care of quickly and early the next morning. We googled and found that the paradise kennels and Crematory Services opened at 7:30 a.m. I promptly showed up just before opening. Upon entering Paradise Kennels to communicate what I needed, the staff was kind and compassionate. I couldn't get the words out to communicate what I needed because I was so distraught at the loss of our beloved animal. The staff was extremely compassionate towards the situation and helped me tremendously as I completed the paperwork necessary to cremate our animal. They explained the process and communicated very well. All of my questions were answered promptly and lovingly. They instructed me what I needed to do next, and I was met by a staff member who gently lifted our wrapped up animal and offered for me to join her to walk to the crematorium. Despite a two-day snow storm, our beloved animal was ready for pickup on the 3rd day. After I picked our animal up, the Crematory director called me and allowed me to ask some very personal questions regarding the process of cremation. He was extremely compassionate and did not rush me at all. I'm extremely grateful to him and all of the staff at Paradise Animal Hospital ...

Reasonably priced, exceeded all my expectations. The Dr and staff treated my fur babies like their own and eased all my worries being a first time kitty mom

This is the best job Lumi has had on a dental cleaning. Her teeth are amazingly clean and her breath smells so fresh ie no, bad breath anymore. I am so very happy to see y’all got off all the tartar. Thank you!! Thanks to everybody there. Everybody is always very nice and professional and helpful.

Had the worst experience with this vet, he manhandled my cat horribly even tho she was perfectly compliant and calm, he shoved a thermometer up her butt so hard and roughly. I had to pry his hands off of her when she was done he was holding her so hard, she was traumatized. He also couldn't even treat her issue, went to a different vet and they treated her immediately and figured it out while I went twice here and not even any testing took place, horrible place, they treat cats badly and are incredibly incompetent, they also overcharge just for a consultation.
