Papa Johns Pizza

i ordered on the app. Ordered Well Done pizza -see photo- It was Undercooked. The Cheese wasn’t melted, the veggies were not cooked and the dough was raw!! And it was cold in the middle. I had to Re-cook in my home oven for 15-20 minutes just to make it edible!! Papa John’s = Fail - The reason I ordered was so I would not have to cook! long time since i’ve ordered papa john’s but for some crazy reason i thought it sounded good tonight. Understandably busy today, but the staff was rude and completed my order even though it was going to be another 45 minutes after the scheduled pick time before it was ready. Customer pays. Waits 25 min. Shows up. Told it’ll be another 45 minutes. Says okay, I’ll run home. Staff completes order. Cycle time really that important?

I received an order that was not what I requested. I call Fury’s Ferry Rd Martinez, Ga to get the correct order. Someone finally answered the phone I told him why I was calling he asked me to hold. After being on hold for over 8 minutes my daughter called and was answered in 1 minute. As she was explaining how long I have been holding, still waiting for someone to get back on the phone with me, and telling we wanted our pizza and a refund he hung up on her and finally after more than 10 minutes he got on phone to tell me they were redoing my order. I told him I wanted the pizza and a refund he hung up on me. NOT GOOD business. We have been ordering from this store since they opened like 10 years ago. SO NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I will be at this store when they open in the morning!!!!

Nice establishment, always looks clean, but the customer service could use some improving. When I walked in and asked for the order for delivery, I was informed that it was on the way out of the oven. Well, 7 minutes later I see pizzas be adding to the rack and when I asked if the order I was there for was ready, in hope that one of those pizzas were the one, a pudgy, curly-haired pizza maker became agitated, mumbling obscenities under his breath and complaining. I was not rude, I just asked a simple question. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude was uncalled for.

THE Foreign Call Center is the reason I am done with Papa Johns. Tried to order could not understand what they were saying. Kept ask them to repeat themselves. Hung up call Little Caesars Someone in the store took the order! Tried to call the complaint line guess what? DONE never again.
