Not sure what is going on with the reviews on here, some of them make no sense (great tacos?) or have nothing to do with the food at all. Anyways, this was my first time ordering from here, and with all of the bad reviews I was really worried/disappointed when ordering online for delivery and saw this was the store assigned for my delivery. But this has actually been one of the best papa johns experirences I’ve had in a very long time. First off, they were extremely fast, they beat the estimated time by 20 min. Next, I made some special changes to the works pizza, replaced some toppings and had them cook it well done. They nailed it perfectly. I ordered that large works pizza and an extra large new york style, and both were spot on. Is it the best pizza in the world? No, but for what papa johns is and should be, this was top notch. See my pictures, but ignore the missing slices, we had some hungry kids with fast fingers. AND on top of all that, the delivery guy was nice and made sure to tell me that he confirmed the extra garlic sauce packets I ordered were in there. I have never had a delivery person check that, and I’ve had so many times in the past where I don’t get what I ordered. I honestly don’t know if I just hit the lottery and all the stars aligned for me, or if its the real deal, but this was really a 5 star experience and I’ll be ordering from here again.

What an incredibly awful place. Whatever you do don’t order the wings from here. They are not sauce wings they are plain wings with a little bit of sauce drizzled over them. When I called to complain, the managers response was well that’s what corporate tells us to do. We’re not responsible for their advertising. In the same order the system I guess replaced our pizza with cinnamon thingies in the store said that that was my fault that I didn’t put in the order right. On top of all of this all of our pizzas were cold, it took over an hour for the order to get here. , And the one pizza that we ordered light sauce on came with a regular amount of sauce, which my daughter cannot eat, which is why we order it with light sauce. I was not offered any free pizzas. I was not offered any refund and when I asked for the regional managers, name and number I was told that I could not have that information and to call corporate at the number on the website. I asked if I could leave a message to be called back and they told me no that there was no way I could speak with the regional manager. You would think for an order that cost me $92 And over an hour wait that I would at least get offered one free pizza or something. Worst part is it was my husband‘s birthday that we were ordering this for. Such A shame that this is what Papa John’s has become. I will be taking this to corporate and neither myself nor my family will be ordering from Papa John’s again.

half the order was just garbage, the pizza was soggy from a fist full of peppers sitting on the crust, cheese sticks were cold and 2 liter was missing. Managers attitude was crap, when i told them about the pizza i got "its supposed to be like that". Will never order from this place again. Delivery driver was apologetic and offered to fix it but for the price this was all WAY more of a headache than it was worth. Instead of refunding what was ruined and missing, I hade to wait for the 2 liter to get sent out again, and just out of luck with the rest. The guy treated me like I was the problem for receiving this trash for almost $70.

Ordered for delivery Online . Had address for Truck Stop with hand to me in comments. Driver called said he could not come to Semi Area per Adam his Boss . Left a huge tip but had to walk to front of building to get and as a disabled Combat Veteran I suffer to walk . Called store to address and Adam was EXTREMELY Rude !!! After opening pizza box ALL toppings were slid to open side and pizza was BURNT!!! Ended up throwing in trash and ordered from Pizza Hut with Door Dash.

Bosses who cannot pay their workers properly should not run a business. Customers should not be responsible for tipping to ensure workers earn a living; it is the employer's duty to provide fair wages. Customers are already paying for the food.
