Panera Bread

Seems to be a problem with orders being completed properly through doordash. This is the second time I've had something missing except this time it was half my order, just for Hunter not to cancel what was not in the bag, leaving me paying 45$ for a veggie sandwhich and salad. Hunter made it worse by his customer service, after driving 10 minutes to recieve a robot, Mr. Smith like attitude about the policy on receiving a extra cake made what could have been cool reprievable situation into a annoyance and punishment for his lack of attention and care when handling customers and servicing.

They have good options. I got half sandwich and soup deal. It is good value but portions are not that big. Store is not as clean as other stores I visited.

I order online through DoorDash or the actual company site alllll the time and I’m always happy with my food. I love their Asiago bagel sandwiches as well as their pair two menu. Love love love their chocolate croissant and cherry croissant. The almond one is also really good. Definitely appreciate this place with all the greasy fast food options we are used to.

My husband and I were dining here for the first time. We had a gift card but your system denied it. Upon my husbands request, the cashier entered the card #. He then asked us for a pin. We ended up paying cash for our meal. I think more training on how to enter gift cards would alleviate such issues. Thanks.

We spent 27.00$ for 2 half sandwiches,and 2 small bowls of Mac and cheese. We had water to drink. Your prices are way wAy way out of proportion, compared to what you receive. I left your restaurant still hungry. Small Mac and cheese your charging 6.50$ outrageous!!!! Your food is not that good,your portions are ridiculously small... I will never ever go to a Panera bread again... Also your handicap parking on a big incline is not helpful to wheelchair users. Bad experience all the way around
