We had to have the plumbing in our bathroom reconnected. It took the guy they sent about 10 trips to get done and then our sink wouldn't drain. They finally sent a different Plumber and he fixed that issue. The first Plumber really shouldn't be a Plumber. After a little over a month I had to go under the house and the drain to our toilet was leaking. We called them and they said it had been over a month and they only guarantee their work for 30 days. It was obvious that the first Plumber didn't do it properly, but they would only fix it with a new charge. How were we suppose to know something was leaking out of the drain for the toilet. We had already paid them over 3000 dollars. This was after their first estimate of 750 dollars. I do not recommend them. They do not stand by their work and send people out that know nothing about plumbing. Use them at your own risk.

Top Notch! I called Pamela’s Plumbing with an “emergency” (couldn’t use toilets) and they sent someone out within just a few hours, not a few days! They were here at the time promised, polite and got straight to work. The guys found the problem immediately, fixed it in no time and charged far less than I expected, especially for same day service! We will definitely be recommending them to others!

John came out to fix my sink/disposal yesterday and he was so nice, professional and of course knowledgeable. He could’ve easily replaced my disposal, costing me upwards of $600 or more but he didn’t, he really listened to me, asked questions, gave me options then fixed it. Then took the time to explain how he repaired it and what caused the problem and how to avoid it going forward and only charged the service fee. As a single mom who is use to getting overcharged on service calls I really Thank you Pamela , you have an amazing team!!

All around very unprofessional staff. Talk horribly about warranty I’m currently with and blamed them for all of their issues. They charged an extra 350 on top of what the warranty deposit due to “modification” they bent the hell out of the old drain pan then asked if we wanted to change it out? Well, Jonae you know good and well that was apart of the flat rate 350$ worth of modifications. So why are you asking, your tech wrote up the diagnostic not me. Do what you are supposed to do stop trying to deviate from responsibilities after an agreement was approved through warranty company. “ She says she was confused about the order” Then once everything was delivered you can clearly see how the tech deliberately bent up the metal pan. I regret that the warranty chose to go with this plumbing company. If I could I will give this company a 0/5 star. Because that’s what they truly deserve. They could benefit from a good work ethics course/ training. Jonae could benefit from customer services training 101. It took over 3 wks to have a water heater changed due to the lack of professionalism. I don’t have the time to go into further detail. Just do your own research on whoever your warranty chooses to do your work and don’t be afraid to ask for a different company if needed.
