Of all of the locations I've tanned at, Palm Beach on Columbia Rd. is by far the absolute best!! 💯 The girls are fabulous, and they are the reason I drive past two other locations to tan here!! Adrienne and Kristen... go see them!!

it was great but the sunscreen i wore made me less tan than i wanted, so i had to go back. when i went back, i wore NOTHING. i went naked and all of my body was the beautiful shade of burnt meat that i wanted it to be. somebody could have mistaken me for a piece of steak and taken a bite out of my fleshy, tan skin. i looked scrumptious. great place. thx girly

Horrible experience and using bait and switch tactics to avoid giving me a free 30 day upgrade that corporate emailed me. Then making up a different lie each time I called or went in to find out what was going on . Avoid the Evans location

I have been a customer for years. That ended June 7th. My automatic payment was declined on June 6th because I had to cancel my card on file due to the card being compromised the week before. Rather than allow me the opportunity to give them the new card, a "declined card fee" of $10 plus a tax of $5 was added to my account. I then discovered I am paying $20 a month for a sunbed tax. My account required $125.00 to bring me up to date for the month of June. I was told $10 could be added to my "Tan Dollars". You use those toward products that already cost over $100! I did not need any products. I already have enough. The bank does not assess any fees on the merchant when a card is declined. There is no cost incurred by Palm Beach Tan. Debit cards and credit cards can be declined for a variety of reasons, including an expiration date. This can happen to anyone. I did not like the way this was handled. I told the attendant I wanted to cancel my account. She argued with me, which I could not believe. She then stated "when you come back next year, I'm the price will be $20 or $30 more." I explained that I won't to be back. She seemed to be angry that I was cancelling. There is a point at which I am no longer going to pay for a service I feel I no longer get or is deemed too expensive. I refuse to pay a ridiculous fee for something that was not in my control with tax added to that. I asked my bank if this was a common fee, and I was told they had never heard of it. This long comment was put here because I feel if people are made aware of it and the business's practices, this will stop. Don't charge people ridiculous fees and expect them to continue patronizing your business.
