If you're wanting a spray tan don't waste your time on this location. The spray tan machine doesn't spray your whole body. It will stop midway up your chest and not even touch your face. Price also not adjusted when their machine malfunctions. For spray tans definitely recommend the North Augusta location not Surrey Center!

This is the only palm beach in the area that I will go to! Dena is wonderful and knows exactly the kind of tanning lotions I like. She listens and helps me make the best decision to get the best color. I’ve never had a bad experience with the girls that are from this location. All of them are knowledgeable and are able to answer my questions. I have been tanning here for the past 10 years and will definitely continue here!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Palm Beach Tan and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Upon entering, I was greeted by an atmosphere of tension and discomfort. It quickly became apparent that the manager, Deena, sets the tone for the entire establishment, and it's not a pleasant one. Her demeanor towards both customers and employees was nothing short of appalling. She was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in any semblance of customer service skills. the salon left much to be desired. The equipment looked outdated and poorly maintained, and I couldn't shake the feeling of being in a place that prioritizes profit over the well-being of its patrons. In conclusion, save yourself the hassle and avoid palm beach tan if you are able. The last thing anyone needs is to spend their hard earned money on a subpar experience tainted by the presence of a manager like Deena. There are plenty of other tanning salons out there that value their customers and employees alike just do yourself a favor and give this one a pass.

I have visited quite a few PBT in the southeast traveling for work. Dena the manager at PBT in Surrey Center in Augusta, Ga has been the nicest and most professional that I have encountered. All of the girls that Dena has working there are so nice every time I walk thru that door. I can tell they really care about their customers. They always know my name and greet me when I come in with a smile. Also the place is always clean and the beds are great. I guess what I really want to say is Well done , Dena Anis and your wonderful staff.

I recently moved and the Surrey Center PBT became my home store. I love PBT! The staff, especially the store manager Dena, are exceptional in the customer service skills. The store is always clean and welcoming!
