Palm Beach Tan

I do not live in Aiken, but I come to this location because it is near my work. I try to come during my lunch break and the past several times I've been there were no beds available. The last couple of times I've had to pay for an upgrade because the wait was so long. Today the wait was over 30 minutes! You either need more beds or another location. 30 minute wait time to lay in the tanning bed is just crazy to me.

PBT is open, open, open 7 days a week! So hard to find these days and their salon is state of the art and spotless. I had a medical issue go down (new diagnosed , wasn't prepared as I should have been) and the manager Kelsey was cool calm and professional. Came and sat with me and kept me calm. This girl is an angel. I love going to a well run pro tanning salon especially run by women like Kelsey. So proud to be a member.

What?! These recent good reviews they are getting are no coincidence, they must be trying to make up for the truthful bad reviews they have earned and are rightfully getting. Trust that I've given them too many chances and so glad that we finally canceled with them, just go to your local tanning salon, you'll be happier there, they don't deserve your presence.

I have nothing but praises to say about this Palm Beach Tan. It looks like there were a couple people in the last month or so that posted some really bad reviews. That absolutely is not true. I’ve never met any of these people before I started going there a couple of weeks ago. So so so very helpful!!!! I asked a lot of questions because I’m older and I used to tan when I was younger, but it’s been many years and the beds and products have changed so much Kelsey, the manager has been absolutely amazing. As well as every single member of the staff. Couple weeks that I’ve been going I’ve seen them busy and I’ve seen them not busy. Every single time they are completely professional they give each customer all the attention that they need. I cannot possibly imagine someone leaving a less than five star review. And trust me, I don’t have a horse in this race.

The store manager Kelsey Allgeier has always greeted me by name and with a smile. Every one of the employees makes me feel special. They go out of their way to make sure I get in and out no matter how busy they are and always take time to make sure all my questions are answered. Friendly and professional!
