Come on time for 0700 appt. That doesn't matter. The lady who answers the phone at the gate is extremely rude and you can tell could careless about anything. The night shift leaves at 0730, next shift doesn't start until 0800. So what do we do? Sit and wait for free because management isn't smart enough to keep people on the dock until the next shift comes in and starts. Nothing like sitting around and waiting for FREE but yet not one employee here has worked one minute for free. I'll add this place to the do not return list! If you can't keep appts. Don't set them!

Five stars out of five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unloaded almost a day earlier. Unloading took literally 10 minutes. They work 24/7. Thank you very much

The lady in shipping was great. Told her I was 1 day early and she still took me and had me back in right away. Great shipper to go to. Loaded in 30 minutes. Thanks Owens Corning!

My overall experience was decent, and the loading time was quick. I was guided to gate four, which I believe is the last gate. However, there was an issue that needs attention—there were nails scattered on the floor around the dock area. Drivers are asked to remove nails from their trailer floors, leftover from previous loads, and they provide a hammer to help with this. I made sure to dispose of my nails in the garbage can, but I noticed other nails already on the ground I even picked some It seems that some drivers might be throwing nails on the floor instead of in the proper disposal area. I also did not see a garbage can nearby. I had to go to the office and dispose the nails. It would greatly improve the experience if the area around gate four was cleaned regularly and if drivers were reminded to properly dispose of the nails. This would help prevent problems like what I experienced—nails in my tires, which led to costly replacements and wasted time. Aside from this, the loading process was smooth and efficient. ---

Awesome place to load!! Super fast and friendly!! Use phone at gate/ back into your door and they will put your papers in your trailer/ you can leave when it turns green. You can sleep there at the gate 4 area of needed. 4 gates: Rcvg gate 3 Shpg gate 4- If you are coming around from the interstate gate 4 will be the last gate. For anyone coming from hwy 4 needing gate 4 shipping.... the sign is completely hidden by trees! So watch carefully because obviously Gate 4 will now be the 1st one you come to from that direction. You can usually turn around at gate 3 if needed but it is a little tight if trucks in doors.
