Outspokin Bicycles

Big THANKS to Connor for getting my tubeless tire seated while I was in town for some riding. I caught a flat less than a mile from my truck & it wouldn't seal. After getting back to my hotel and adding more sealant, my high volume floor pump just couldn't do it. Thanks to him, I was able to do a short ride on Saturday before I left. It's too bad the Canal Path was closed. It really shortened my mileage, but I was still able to enjoy the river path from GA into SC.

Purchasing our bikes at Outspoken was a most excellent experience. Good variety of bikes and even had the color we wanted in the store. Outspoken has been great when we took the bikes in for adjustment.

The team at Outspoken Bicycles was knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciated that they were able to get my bike tune-up done faster than expected. That said, I was a bit disappointed with a few things that kept this from being a 5-star experience. The bike wasn’t cleaned as part of the tune-up, and new parts were installed into dirty components, which felt like a missed detail. One gear still clicks when shifting and requires extra adjustment. I also came in to view two bikes that were supposed to be built, but only one was ready, and I wasn’t able to see the other’s color as planned. Overall, the service was good and the staff was friendly, but some follow-through and attention to detail were lacking.

I bought my first Trek here. I stopped in a couple times before purchasing to ask questions and shop around while trying to decide what bike I wanted. The staff here was always very friendly and helpful. The day my bike came in I called to let them know I would be there right before they closed and if that was ok. The person I spoke to said it was not a problem and they even stayed a little later to install my kickstand. I highly recommend Outspokin for your bike needs.

They had the perfect bike rack that I was looking for. Josh was extremely helpful and had it assembled and ready for pick up the next day. He came out to the parking lot and helped me get it hooked up and showed me how all of the features worked. With purchases like these, it is a godsend that there are still brick and mortar shops, instead of ordering things online and hoping for the best. And they also love sharing all of their knowledge about local trails and great places to bike for any skill level. I just recently moved to Augusta and I am so thankful they are here!!!
