What a great store even on a ugly rainy day you walk in and see smiling faces. The team up there was so helpful and so gracious. Keep up the good work guys.

Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased a motorcycle battery in July, now it's February and the battery will not stay charged. I took it to where I purchased it the Grovetown O'Reilly's and dropped it off to be charged, next day they said it would not charge and it was BAD. Told me I had to buy another one because it only has a six month warranty. I stated were only talking a matter of days out of warranty, and if you factor in that the bike hasn't been ridden in the last couple months, that you can clearly see I have a bad battery. Response was, I need to buy a new battery. I had to bite my tongue from telling them they could shove that battery you know where, but I need it for the core charge. lol I've shopped there since that store opened, but NO MORE. That poor quality $138.00 battery and poor customer service just cost them THOUSANDS.

Service was great, got a battery with Lorenzo but I was impressed with the lady manager. She was literally running the floor. Managing some spanish speaker customers, getting orders for her driver and helping Lorenzo with other customers that were behind me… She had all under control and quick… I was like WoW I need people like that at my work…

Just left. Two people working - one man and one woman. The female finishes first so she calls me up. I ask her where the leather seat repair kit is. She says aisle 5 and goes to help the next person. So I look at her and she asks if I need help finding it. Obviously. So she leaves from behind the register. She can't find it and tells me she is going to look in their computer system. So I wait. And then I hear her ask the next man in line if he needs help. She literally proceeds to help him and no word to me about anything. Then the guy gets finished with his customer and asks me what I need. The female responds for me and he helps me. The same aisle. She didn't even care to help me or finish what she started. That is horrible customer service!
