The Evans, Georgia branch has the worst customer service. The “office manager” is the worst. It’s the lack of professionalism that does it for me. I was told by her that no one is above her and I can only deal with her…and then she hangs up on me. They tack on fees to your loan without your knowledge and then get an attitude when you discover the fees and want them removed. Paying triple the amount of the loan back to one main should be enough…but clearly it’s not. I would not recommend this company, especially the Evans, Georgia branch to anyone. Someone needs to school the “office manager” on professional etiquette.

Dont come here to get a loan, if anything go to your personal bank. USAA, Bank of America, or Wells Fargo. Any choice is better than this. I was unemployed for some time while I had this loan and they offered to work with me and make payments more comfortable for me. I thought this was an amazing chance for me to get back on my feet. Well as soon as I found a job and started paying regular payments. They made me make up for all the interest I “should’ve” been paying previously. I have paid 3 months worth of payments and haven’t seen any change on my balance. News to me the last call I made, I asked how I paid $346 dollars of my payment and my balance barely changed. They told me $340 dollars went to the past interest fees I could not afford and $6 dollars went to my principal payment. What a shameful business. They accepted me within a short amount of time and tried making me pay for life insurance and skimmed over it quick. I had to ask them to go back and check off all options for insurance and other unnecessary additional payments. This business’ job is to take your money. Your banks job is to help you so you stick around with them.

I have only good things to say about Marquita and our loan application process. We had a few hiccups with the online system but Marquita stuck with us through the whole process and made everything super easy for us! She was great and I will definitely return and ask for her by name if we are in need of another loan!! Thank you times a million!!
