Melissa and her team did an outstanding job assisting with the entire home buying process. She helped find a home remotely while I was out of state with a very busy schedule. She worked around my hours and visited multiple properties for me, taking pictures and videos and giving me feedback on the properties. She was knowledgeable about the area and local regulations, and when she didn't know the answer to a question, she found out the answer promptly. She was always timely and responsive and put offer packages together immediately. She made the home buying process very smooth, coordinating inspections, quotes for repairs, etc. She even worked with my bank and law firm to help get everything set up for a remote closing and did a post closing inspection for me over video chat. I had also talked to one of the billboard real estate agents in the area and waited days for responses. The experience with Melissa couldn't have been more different. The time and personal attention Melissa put in was unmatched. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.

I just want to take a moment to give my realtor a review. Hands down an amazing woman. I am from out of state, and have had TERRIBLE luck finding a realtor who would work with me. Im not sure if its because I'm from out of state or what the deal was, but nobody ever wanted to call me back. Look for properties. Anything. Then I met Olivia! I was coming into town and only going to be around for 6 days, and this woman went above and beyond to show me properties, send listings, go over properties, and even found one in my range. A contract has been signed and I couldnt be more excited. Im truly grateful for how much work Olivia has done, and how amazing she is as a person. Shes very understanding and works all hours of the night making her clients happy. Definitely recommend Olivia as your realtor!

David did such a good job helping us find a home. He was very nice and not pushing at all. I would recommend him.

The owner of this business after purchasing property that I had leased for hunting said that he wanted to buy the stands that I had there so I agreed but he never paid me and now he will not answer my calls or return my messages. Very unprofessional!
