O.A.K. Services

After the hurricane, O.A.k. Services was the first tree company I called and they came out almost immediately to schedule the removal of a very large pine tree in my home. They were first class and even did clean up afterwards! I highly recommend O.A.K. Services for all your tree removal needs.

A tree had split on the property line causing a large white oak to land on an outbuilding in the back corner of my lot. Oak Services were on the spot with getting back to me for a quote. Their team in office and in the field were both extremely professional and above all courteous. I can't speak highly enough to the attention Oak Services provided through my claims process as well as getting out here for removal. I had no idea where to start and how we would get there but as soon as Charlie came out for assessment I was briefed on everything and given a game plan. The continual support from this company has been a life saver. Charlie and his crew did a fantastic job getting the tree removed with zero additional damage to the building. These gentlemen worked quickly and with finesse to not damage the yard or any nearby structures. The time and attention paid to prep just to start cutting was above and beyond. The crew went out of their way to secure each piece removed to be as safe and effective as possible. It was a fascinating experience to watch these folks work. Oak Services specialize in disaster clean-up and their expertise shows in the work they do. From start to finish I never had any doubt in my mind Oak Services was the right choice to help me when I needed it the most!

It is regrettable that although he came out to examine the tree we wanted some minor hurricane damage repair done on and he promised us an estimate, he never provided one, even after a follow-up call asking about it. On the follow-up call he had excuses why one hadn't been provided and committed to getting back with us on it, but never did. I assume they simply were not interested in smaller jobs, even though they knew it was a smaller job when they agreed to come out and look at it.

Charlie, Bobby and ALL the crew at O.A.K are truly amazing. We trusted them to help us after a massive oak tree fell during hurricane Helene. From my first phone call to the last bit of clean up I was impressed with every aspect of working with Charlie and his team. They are honest, kind, polite, professional and just so good at what they do. The tree that fell was a monster of a tree and we have a very narrow driveway with challenging access. That didn’t impact the crew at all. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they cleared the massive tree, stump, all branches and cleaned the yard afterwards! I have nothing but the best to say about O.A.K. I referred many people to them and would do so again with zero hesitation. Thank you so much O.A.K!!

About a 3rd of a tree landed on our house. Cris and his crew made it to NE Indiana as part of a disaster relief team. Truly professional. Not a mark in the yard, and not a leaf left. I would give them 10 stars if I could. All done in a SAFE and timely manner.
