I hired Hargrove after doing research on quality companies in the area. After dealing with the other companies customer service I knew that Hargrove was going to be it. Their overall customer service is great! Polite, responsive, and upbeat tone really makes a difference. The professional who visited our property to do a thorough preventative extermination was knowledgeable and really took his time to get into all crawl spaces and corners.

The staff is quick to answer my questions. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Along with their exceptional service, they have also provided tips that me and my family can do to help in keeping pests away. Hargrove is a very professional and honest company, and their prices very reasonable. I also like how they email me my invoice with all the information on the services they provided for that day. It makes it easier to pull up the information later if I need to.

The technician was very professional and arrived early to the appointment. I was very appreciative of this. He explained all services and prices in a thorough manner and asked any questions that arose. Was very knowledgeable of craft and completed inspection and spray of inner and outer home. I would highly recommend. Also the office attendant gave a reminder call the day before to confirm appointment. 10/10 Highly recommend.
